About the Chef
For more than 20 years, Executive Chef Ever Paz has honed his skills crafting recipes and preparing food that combines world flavors. In 2016, he and his wife Anna opened their food truck, El Sabor Tapas y Massss, where they enjoyed the freedom outside of the formal restaurant environment to further develop their own menu with the goal to eventually expand the operation.
In 2019, Ever and Anna closed the doors of the food truck and opened El Sabor at The Alley with full lunch and dinner menus that offer something for all tastes. From signature tapas to hearty entrées, seafood to beef, salads to sandwiches, decadent desserts y más, they and their staff are dedicated to deliciousness and uncompromising quality.
Ever says that he loves cooking and seeing people come together over a meal.
